“Based on reviews, I ordered size 9 (normally 10), but my toes reached the ends, so I exchanged them for size 9.5 (a very straightforward process). There are lots of things I like about Olukai shoes, one being the very practical fold-down backs. I also like that I can dress these quality shoes up or down. Anyone on the verge of purchasing these should know that they are not meant to have pillow-like soles but allow the wearer to experience the walking path comfortably and with awareness like mocassins or boat shoes. I find this sort of shoe much safer because I can feel the terrain under my feet and respond appropriately. Anyway, I love these shoes and I will continue to purchase Olukai shoes.”
