“These are beautiful pair of leather flip flops. The are comfortable and stylish. They will require some breaking in because the leather is stiff right out of the box so don’t be discouraged. The only downside is the sizing. The sizing is way off. Normal flip flops I go up a half size. I am a 10-1/2 and wear an 11 in flip flops. These were way undersized and I had to exchange them for a 12. The exchange process was super fast. All these are great and I would definitely buy another pair.”
“The shoe is beautiful and the workmanship is excellent. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is because the strap that goes between the toes was not the same length on both shoes making one shoe fit differently than the other. The shoe with the longer strap was much too loose and hard to keep on when trying to walk in it. The difference in the two was also very visible.
We called OluKai right away and OluKai was quick to allow us to return the original one and replace it. We are out of town at the moment but expect the package to be at home when we get there in a few days. The return process was EXTREMELY easy! Keeping fingers crossed this was a fluke and the new pair will meet or exceed the OluKai quality We are accustomed to!”
