“The sandals are very good quality but the customer service exceeds the great quality. These seem to run a little small, I wear 11 in every shoe and sandal I own so that’s what I ordered. My heel nearly hung over the back so I requested an exchange. As soon as I dropped the package off, my size 12 was shipped and it was perfect.”
