“This was a warranty replacement for a pair that had stitching come lose in the sole in two places. The replacement process was easy and fast, even though the warranty period was exceeded by one month. Olukai performed exceptionally well.
I love these sandals! I wore a previous pair of the Mea Ola sandals for over 8 years almost every day with no problem at all. I finally wore out the leather. (If I had taken better care of the leather, I would probably still be wearing them.)”
“Look beautiful and appear to made from high quality materials. Unfortunately, did not fit my foot at all. Too tight, and ordering a larger size would be like walking around in clown shoes. I really wanted to keep these and try to stretch them out, but they were physically painful to wear. I could not find a local store to try on first, so ordered online. Excellent return process though.”
