“I weighed the decision of my first pair of leathers for a really long time. Searched, read reviews etc. I finally just pulled the trigger and ordered these in DJ/DJ and I couldn't be happier. The most comfortable flops I have ever owned. Now my next pair will be easier to choose. I have wore the non leather’s for several years now and was hesitant to go to leather. I use these for dress, evenings, dinner etc. still wear my waterproofs to the beach. I will eventually have a pair of each leather model they make.\n\nWell done OluKai, well done.\n”

“Bought these in 2014, exiting from major Cancer surgery. A pricey present to myself, but a comfort that I had never experienced with other flip-flops. They've hiked rock trails in the Alps, ridden motorcycles, mountain biking, over cobblestone to go spearfishing, and simply walked over fifteen miles without any problem. The leather is starting to fray along the outer edges however, and since I am still kicking around quite well, I'm debating whether for the high price, they should have lasted even more...\n”

“I recently bought a different brand of sandals while in Hawai'i on vacation. I have never liked flip flops because they seem to fall off my feet, but I decided to give sandals a try, probably because everyone there had some. When I bought the other brand of sandals I really liked them and wanted a different pair. After reading the reviews about the Mea Ola sandals I had to give them a try, plus they looked really nice. I figured for the price, they had to be great and comfortable. I was wrong... I've had them for 3 weeks and tried wearing them everyday, but they hurt the tops of my feet so bad, I could barely handle a couple hours a day. I figured it would take a bit to wear in, but not the case. They aren't getting any better. I'm going back to the other brand since those are the ones I have to put on to make my feet feel better after the Mea Ola pain.... Sorry OluKai”
“I've had the same pair of these since 2014 and they are still going strong. Been all over the world, Mexico, South Africa, Israel, Jordan, Japan and Hong Kong and they are still the best! Just bought two more pairs. They take a little bit of breaking in but other than that, these cannot be beat.”
