I bought these sandals when I first came to Florida and that was almost five years ago. They are without doubt the most comfortable and durable pair of sandals I have ever owned. I where them every day and I do a lot of walking outside with them. I bought another pair about one year ago in fear that I might not be able to get them again and thinking the pair I have would have broken by now; they have not. I'm amazed of the quality and how comfortable they are. I will never buy another pair other than Mea Ola; they are worth every penny and they will probably outlive me; truly! God Bless

I have recently purchased my 2nd pair after wearing the 1st pair for about 7 years. That includes over 4 years of daily use here in Hawaii. The first pair is still wearable but pretty tattered. The new pair is just as comfortable as the first. I have two other pair of Olukai sandals and a couple from other makers but the Mea Ola are the best of any.

I ordered these for my fiance for his birthday specifically because they said they fit wide feet. I ordered the first pair in a size 10 (his normal size) and they were WAY too small. He couldn't even get his foot in the sandal. We exchanged them for an 11 and they still do not fit. We are going to try one last time for a twelve - fingers crossed. If the 12 does not fit I'm going to give up entirely. Apparently, most of OluKai sandals run small, so be warned. Even in the women's size 9 I ordered for myself (I usually were an 8.5) my foot was hanging off the back of the shoe. You would think a higher end shoe company would have more consistent sizing.

I love the way they look but just can’t get used to the irritation between my toes. Really hoping it’s just a matter of breaking them in.

I was one of the survivors of Hurricanes Irma and Marie on St John, Virgin Islands. Two of the strongest recorded Hurricanes to ever hit land. I lost my Olukai flip flops in that natural disaster as well as the home I was living in. We went 5 months without electricity and any modern conveniences, running water, phone service, internet, ability to travel, etc. I was able to get a message to my boys out about 3 months into the ordeal and mentioned that I lost everything but most missed my Olukais, hahaha... the simple things. One month later I received a package from Stateside through special channels. In that package were three sets of Olukais for myself and two friends. My message to my boys made it to social media where a store salesperson who sold these wonderful footwear saw it and took special effort to bring a glint of hope to three people, battered but not broken. Since that day Olukais on my feet represent sturdy, undaunted, positive memories of healing and moving forward one comfortable step at a time. I appreciate the salesperson and I appreciate your companies wonderful products. I have since wore through two pairs of your shoes and now have a wonderful new pair of flip flops along with my dress shoes. I am grateful for the little things like shoes on my feet. We have recovered on this island. I helped rebuild over 40+ homes and businesses. I am back at now work on the project I moved down here for. I am an artist who designed and will be building the worlds largest underwater sculpture that will become an artificial reef. Its called The World Peace Reef. It is the size of two football fields and four stories high with two people from every country and territory I. The World represented on it ... And rest assured the new Olukais I wear daily will be there every step of the way. Sincerest appreciation, Bret Cook
