“My last pair of Olukai that I still wear are Pikoi's which are standard in fit sizes. I always go a size up in this brand for comfort. However when I first slipped on these sandals, I immediately noticed how comfortable they were. I have a wide and flat foot and these fit perfectly which made me think that I should have stayed true to size in this style. Time will tell if they become too loose.
Lastly, my previous pairs of Olukai were made of PU midsoles and are comfortable once broken in. But the Mea Ola are made of compressed EVA midsoles and they really make a positive difference in overall comfort.”
