“These are pretty good quality flip-flops, but they took over four weeks to be delivered due to Olukai changing their shipping strategy the same day I ordered them. I'm not too happy about having to wait that long.
The sandal's fit is a bit odd too, the part that comes down between the toes is set slightly too far back, like they assume I have super long toes. The soles were a bit uncomfortable at first, but after a month or two, it seems that the soles have formed a bit to my feet and are a bit better.
Over all, I'd say the quality is very good, but the fit is not. I will not likely be paying for another pair of these. For the price, I expect an awesome feel and extreme comfort right out of the box. I do not have freakish feet or toes and I'd expect expensive flip-flops to easily fit comfortably right away. I am a bit disappointed, frankly.”
“I'm a huge Olukai fan and have been buying their sandal's for several year. They are the most comfortable i've ever worn and they don't snap on my feet like others do. I recently had an issue with mine and contacted Olukai customer service. They took care of my issue right away and fast. I had my replacement sandals within a week. thank you so much for the excellent service.”
“Very comfortable, but I have worn them part time for a summer and a half. The material on the piece between the toes has came off the left and has now come off the right. Not what I would expect for the price and amount Have worn them.”
“I switched from Rainbow a few years ago due to a better fit and arch support. On my third pair. Purchased a second Houka model and I left a pair at home last summer and I hope the the strap between the toe doesn't break like the first one did. There are two straps and only one broke which I was not expecting since I don't wear very often. It would be nice if there was some consideration for a quality/workmanship issue beyond the warranty period.”
