“These shoes are AMAZING! They're not my first pair of Olukai shoes. So, the brand is not new to me, but the Nohea Moku is a new style. I've had problems in the past with plantar fasciitis in my heel. While that has resolved now, I prefer a "barefoot" style shoe. However, the other barefoot shoes I've tried wound up, ultimately re-aggrevating the problem with my heel. HOWEVER, these provide just the right amount of cushion in the insole. The wider toebox is great. The fabric is lightweight. It's just a great shoe. During the break-in period, the stiffness of the mesh caused very minor irritation to the base of my big toe. However, that began to go away as the shoe loosened up and the mesh became more flexible. I rate the shoe a 5 out of 5 for sure. My only complaint has to do with the shipper who damaged the package in transit and then just left it in the package room at my building. Despite the outter bag being ripped and the box having a HUGE tear in it, the shoes were shockingly un-damaged.”
“This is my second pair of these. The first pair I ripped on a steel door. They are super comfortable and fit my wide foot. I think the difference is the excellent footbed they have. They are very easy to get on too. The only complaint I have is that Olukai doesn’t make allot more wide-fit shoes.”
