“My rating would move to a 5 if I could change the size to size 9. This is not your fault. I ordered size 8 1/2 which is the size I normally wear but my feet may have changed. The shoes have not been worn. I have the box they came in but not the paper work. Please let me know the best way to solve this problem. I am anxious to wear my new shoes.
