“I purchased the Nalu SLide for my brother for Christmas. He has peripheral neuropathy. I thought these would help him. He has been wearing them several hours a day to get used to the arch. He likes the support it gives his feel, the smooth feel of the bed of the slide & the nice look.”
“Well made and attractive, but the straps are very stiff and keep hurting my feet no matter how I adjust them. I’ve given up on wearing them, longest I’ve been able to without taking them off is about 20 minutes. I’d recommend trying to make the straps thinner and more compliant so they don’t rub the dorsum of the foot so terribly.
Update: Within about 12 hours (on a Sunday no less) of my original review, Olukai customer service reached out and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a good one. Wanted to therefore update my review from 2 to 4 stars to account for the phenomenal customer service. This is a great company that really stands behind their product. Very impressed!”
