“Sizing issue. Had to order 15’s due to lack of clearance for instep band. Inside part of overstrap on the tight sandal is glued, not stitched and is already pulling away.”
“I love how these sandals look, however, the design has caused huge cuts across the top of both of my feet. I've sent a message to customer care about this but they just say to try to loosen the straps by pulling on them. I want the sandals to fit snug so they do not slip off. I have not had this issue with an Olukai products in the past and was surprised to receive a recommendation like this for such an expensive sandal. I likely will not be buying Olukai products again in the future.”
“I really like the style, comfort and durability of OluKai sandals and owned a couple of pairs before this purchase. I was confident enough that I didn't think twice about buying the most expensive pair offered.
The style and quality of my new Kulias is excellent, just as expected.
However, my Mokas (no longer available) fit better and I'm a little disappointed in the arch support of the new pair. Initially I bought these Kulias in size 10 and they were too tight, but the 11s that I exchanged them for are a little too loose. Neither size is the perfect match that my Mokas offered, and the arch support is significantly less.
I'll keep these, but next time I might visit a local retailer like Nordstrom to try them on before purchasing.”
