“Have numerous issues with my order. Mainly, the retraced stitching on bottom sole(leaving the leather torn and vulnerable. This is an obvious mistake/error. I assume since I have not spoken to any "live" person...that this will go on without resolve? Your customer reviews all have high regards for your customer relations. “I just got this sandal 3 days ago. Look great, perfect fit. On the website stated Made in Hawaii (US) and Italian leather. When I open the box I immediately see upper leather made in China. Is this sandal made oversea?”
“Thought they would be a great replacement for some other sandals I’ve had. After trying to break them in for over a week of daily wear, my feet can’t take any more. The strap has just bruised and cut the top of my feet. The most uncomfortable lackluster and most expensive sandals I’ve ever bought. Would not recommend.”
