“Like the style, color and the softness of the leather but I am not a fan of your patented Drop-In Heel®. If I had purchased these shoes to wear as a slip on they would have been in the mail back to you the next day. As a shoe, when you rub your fingers along the inside of the shoe is absolutely smooth. Fold down the heel and you will fill along the folded seam the leather sticking out just enough to rub along the inside and outside of each foot at the folded end. Perhaps in a different material one would not encounter this problem but with the leather it should be a objection of many...You can feel it and you can see it!”
