“I’ve been wearing my first pair of OluKai Alana Lis for a bit over a month and have found them to be as I describe them in the title to this review. They were comfortable from the moment I put them on, and I’ve worn them almost constantly since doing so, even though I own several thousand dollars worth of very good shoes, mostly Samuel Hubbards and Eccos. These fit my feet just right, as the baby bear said, and are comfortable without socks all day long. I got a stain on one of them, washed them according to OluKai’s instructions, dried them in the sun and they look as they did when I took them out of the box. I have a tendency toward plantar facieitis and these protect my foot on all but the longest walks. I’m about to order my second pair. Just in case it might be relevant, I’m in my eightieth year.”
