“I really enjoy these shoes, the style is great and they really have a great insert / insole so they are very comfortable and you can do a lot of walking. Based on my other OluKai shoes I expect these to last quite some time as the workmanship seems on par with the great stuff I have seen in the past.
The reason for the "4" instead of the "5" is the design or print; when you see them online they have this awesome natural variation that gives them a great pattern effect. This was one of the main things that drew me to the shoe. My pair barely have any detectable variation and look like light gray canvas shoe. When you look REALLY close you can see some very subtle variation. The description did clearly say that the print would vary so I did not push back but I was disappointed in the lack of a pattern on the shoe. I get the whole "natural" theme that OluKai is rockin' and while those plant-based dyes are a great story, they apparently are not a very good / consistent dye.”

“I received these and the heel in one is significantly larger than the other. Have tried to contact customer service for 2 weeks to return them but nobody will return my call or email.”
