“I have high arches, so it’s difficult to find shoes I don’t have to buy other inserts for. These are the best shoes I’ve gotten that can come out of the box, onto my feet, and they don’t need altered in anyway. Highly recommend.”

“Most importantly the shoes are comfortable and are actually wide enough which is rare for this brand. A little disappointed in the look of the leather, its almost like a suede. The design toe isn't as noticeable as in the photos, probably because of the material its printed on.”
“So, I love the look and the comfort of the shoes you guys have. I do have some gripes however. I had 4 different pairs of shoes you sent to me have a problem. 3 different pairs either ran large or ran small and were not in the reviews. I had to return and pay for new ones. On two occasions I had to call and get the shipping costs fixed. It took me around a month each time to get the shoes. The size chart is not very good.
The second issue is the picture on the Silt/Bone Nalukai Kala shoes shows a very good looking pattern on the top of the shoe. My shoes barely have a print on them if at all. It was very much false advertisement, and I would be happy to show everyone. I have read from others since then the same experience. I wasn't going to return them once I had them because the pair of shoes I had before returning to get these had size isssues and I just wanted a pair of shoes.
I am not a complainer but I want you guys to get it right, because I feel like you have the best shoes. However the service side of things has been a struggle.
