“Bought another pair of shoes from this fantastic brand...and unfortunately after about 4 months of wearing them the side blew out right where the sole meets the leather. To be fair I wear them almost everyday and I do a lot of walking...most of my shoes don’t last too long. However I wouldn’t consider my feet to be “wide” as they fit comfortably in the other shoes/sandals I own from this brand. Regardless I reached out to customer service to see if there was a fix that I could do at home and they offered me a new pair! (with proof of purchase and pictures of the damaged shoes). Super friendly staff and the quality of the service matches their shoe product. Thank you and keep up the good work to everyone on the team!”
