“I could never wear the very popular Ohana model due to the hgih profile of the Olukai standard arch. Other models I have found with a flatter arch over the years have often had a wide fit across the straps resulting in less stability on dicey terrain.
This sandal is snug at first and gradually molds to your foot perfectly. The arch has just enough support for all day wear. It is extremely comfortable. The footbed seems to offer good traction even when wet and the siped sole has provided grip even on wet tile.
If you have a slightly narrow or low volume foot, or need a lower arch. This is your slipper. The other model I recommend is the leather Pikoi for more upscale casual wear.
Highly recommended.”

“I have owned 4 pairs of Old Kai's, all Ohanas and loved the soft footbed, I could not tell online that theses were different. I got them because they are narrower than the Ohanas (the only thing I never liked about them), and, indeed, they were a perfect fit. Also, the toe post on the left one had not been folded correctly and so was irritating, Customer Service was great, however, and arranged a return,”
