“We have paid for our shoes and have not received them. We would like a refund or the shoes asap. We really wanted to try the shoes because of a recommendation, but we are very disappointed in delivery. We got a card from the delivery service who couldn't find our residence. We called them, explained where we are located and have heard nothing else. If this is an example of your delivery service we are very disappointed. Please contact us. I left a message as your answering machine said because of high volume of calls, they could not respond so to send an email. I did this twice and have heard nothing. Again, please send a refund or the shoes asap.

“Loved these. They are beautiful and have the same supportive bed as my olukai slippers/flips. Unfortunately I have a high instep and this was too tight for ky foot to slide in fully, even with the elastic. Otherwise, a perfect shoe and I was so sad to send it back!”
