“Reasonably comfortable although I found the arch to be s little high and there were several areas around the strap that rubbed and were uncomfortable and caused blisters. By far the worst part of the experience was the restocking fee for returns. An online only shoe shop - seriously you think it's ok to charge this?”
“These flip flops are excellent quality and clearly well made. Unfortunately, the strap feels quite loose on my feet, which makes them uncomfortable to walk in. I think they’re probably better suited to someone with a wider foot. I wear a UK size 10 and don’t usually have issues with fit, so perhaps these just run a bit wide. A real shame, as I really wanted them to work—they’re otherwise fantastic.”
