“The shoes are very comfortable. I initially ordered a size 10, which was too large. I used their return procedure to return the shoes for a size 10. Their return process was as good as it gets. It was easy to return the size 10 slippers and the size 9's were received by me promptly. Not only are the shoes great, but their return procedure has made a fan of me. I'll be in Honlulu in November and will definitely visit their stores to purchase more slippers or shoes.”

Issue for me is they are a little tight over the top of my foot. Thought maybe I’d go a size larger but also don’t want them being too long and catching on things as I walk. For people that don’t have weird shaped feet they probably fit fine.”
