I am really happy with my purchase and a bit of an Olukai fan - we have ten pairs in our household. I find these great for wearing at the beach and even swimming with them. This new design seems a little more sturdy and has a slightly higher arch support than standard.

My bruddah back in Hawaii sent me your add as a joke. We both laughed when we saw the price. I mean, who would pay $80 for a pair of slippahs? Then my wife said, " It's all you wear, so you might as well get a good pair that will last instead of $40 for a new pair every 6 months. No regrets. My only complaint is that they seem to have stretched in the first two months that I've worn them. They fit better right out of the box. Good product, Mahalo

I have always been a fan of Olukai flips - but due I wanted something a tad beefier that had more of a robust feeling. I have worn thru pair's I've owned in the past down to the EVA where there was no rubber left on the outsole and was waiting for a model that had the burliness I was looking for. The Halo is it. when I put these on - it had the Olukai feel but with the addition of the added armor I was looking for! Super happy about these!

Unfortunately the sandals hurt my feet so badly I cannot even wear them in the house. The strap press it down on the top of my foot which causes tremendous pain and actually inflict bruising. Nice shoe for somebody else but unfortunately they don’t work for me

Very slippery when wet, upper strap is ripping after only a month, not comfortable, very disappointed in how they fit and the workmanship, they are not any where near "lifeguard" duty. Arch smashes down after just a few wearing's.
