“I know the footbed surface is designed to reduce slippage when wet, but it just happens to be to coarse or rough on the bottom of my feet. I’ve been unable to wear them.”
“I've had 2 pair of HLA sandals and originally loved them. Granted I wore each pair for longer than the 1-year warranty period and then they delaminated and the glue holding the sole to the upper sandal completely fell apart. When sending pics to OluKai I was told that they only stand behind their products for a period of the 1-year. I don't care how long you own the product, the glue should hold up. Many cheaper sandals on the market do. I should not have to buy gorilla glue to repair what they should have done correctly in the manufacturing process. Beware if you want the products to hold up in the Summer heat, they won't with time. The design and comfort deserves 5-stars, but the quality mentioned with this manufacturing flaw drops it down to a 1-star in my book.”
