“The first pair failed after only four months of light use. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a new pair. Unfortunately, they landed in no man’s land with Fedex and a second pair of replacement shoes had to be sent. I did receive those promptly. Shipping issues are certainly not the fault of Olu Kai.”
“Loved the sole, but the 10 were too tight on my toes or looked like they were stretching the toe cap, and there was too much room with 10.5. Considered trying the 10 again but didn't want to go through the shipping process.”
