“Unfortunately this is the one exception to my otherwise great experience with these shoes. I felt the sizing was a huge issue, felt like size 10’s when I was looking for size 13. Really not comfortable for me.”

“I love the shoes and I love the brand although it does feel a bit small for a 13. But that is all moot when faced with the volume of email I have received since ordering. you guys are way too aggressive on the emails… I’ve gotten way too many emails since buying these to the point that it is tainting my impression of the brand. We were given 2 pairs of flip flops a few years back when we had our sales presidents club in Kauai in 2018 and it was amazing. Loved the product and felt proud to wear them. So when I saw an ad for these shoes I bought into it and ordered a pair. They arrived and they are nice but a bit smaller than I had liked but they are exotic looking and that worked for me. But then came the emails…. Guys these are shoes, not a life or death item. Maybe an email once every few weeks…. But I’m getting what seems like 2 a day. That may be hyperbolic, but you guys know exactly how many you’ve sent me and it’s waaaay too many. Dial it back to 1/5th that amount and I may not unsubscribe. But at this rate you’ve triggered me to mark this as spam. Now, I have not unsubscribed or marked as spam because I love your brand…. But PLEASE dial this back.”
