They are extremely light and breathable (10 out 10). My biggest issue is they are not as comfortable as everyone seemed to mention (3 out 10). The fact that they can slip on and off helps relieve some sole pain. But unfortunately I would probably never buy another pair for what I paid it’s not worth discomfort I feel. I had to buy insoles just to make them manageable.”
