“I was trying to replace my old shoes, my second pair, and was disappointed to discover that they’d been redesigned. The new ones are ok, I guess, but they feel like quite different thing. Why does everything have to continually be redesigned?”
“Actually no. I've had a few of your shoes and love them til now. This 11.5 order was mis-sized. Too small. Based on this one, I needed a 12, even though 11.5 always worked before. Not sure how to order in future.”
