“Great shoe as this is the third in another color!
If you review my account you can see that I have bought multiple Olu Kai shoes!! But I have yet to receive a discount code or other special as a VIP or repeat customer. I believe your loyalty program needs to pick up its game because you can lose customers on the mere fact that you don’t show appreciation for repeat customers.

“I love all the other colors I have purchased in this same shoe and thought I would love the bone but for some reason the size runs larger than the other colors apparently? All of the others fit great (size 9) but this color seems to be slightly larger? I am on my second pair and both seem larger?
Anyway- I thought I would love them but not like the other colors.

“I really wanted to like these but the foldable heel ruined it for me. First of all, wearing the folded heel is not comfortable - it's thick and rubs against the bottom of your foot (expected but still uncomfortable). What really ruined it for me is how wide the shoe looks every step due to the heel folding "mechanism".”
