“Love the shoes. I have many different pairs of their shoes. Love them all. They do tend to run somewhat narrow. But my main complaint is there is no incentive program such as points for each purchase which could be used for future purchases. The shoes are not cheap so any discount for loyal shoppers would be nice”
“Mixed results: I love the shoe. But I stepped in water, set them out to dry and the top part of the toe was glued to the bottom part making it impossible to get my foot in all the way. That's kind of a HMMM. But when I wrote to them, they replaced it in a matter of days. So great looking shoe, fantastic service ... but doesn't handle getting wet? So, three stars.”
