“Loved everything about these shoes (fit, materials, interior lining...super warm and comfortable), but there's a critical flaw with them. The laces are threaded through a thin, flimsy bungee cord, instead of metal eyelets embedded in the shoe. The results of this are 1) you can never get a tight tie up with the laces (important if you're trying to use these shoes in the outdoors) and 2) the laces will eventually wear through the thin bungee cord and then you won't be able to tie up the shoe at all! Really wish they'd use more durable and secure metal eyelets instead of flimsy bungee cords, which would make this shoe better fitting, more durable and a 5-star product”

“I wore out a pair of Moloa lace-ups that I don't think you make any longer. Have a pair of Nalukai slip ons that I wear in the summer to dress up casual. I begged for a pair of these for Christmas to wear with shorts that I tromp around in all through our mid-west winter. Santa was good to me. The elastic lacers took 60 seconds for me to adjust to the concept and are actually one of the things I now like, third best, about this shoe. Second is the style, love how they look on my feet. First, these are even more comfortable than my worn out Moloa's. I'm thinking I'll wear these year-round.”
