“Almost perfect chukka boot! I understand the intent of these boots having had MANY Olukai shoes over the years. Olukai favors the slip-on style of boots and shoes over the standard lace-ups. While I DO love these shoes for their comfort, I would appreciate the lace holders to not being stretchy loops in order the get the shoe a little tighter across the top of my foot. They do fit a little tighter over the ball of the foot making them not flop around while walking. Overall, they are warm without being hot, comfortable, and easy to put on/take off. GREAT SHOES!”
