“I never received my shoes. I was shipped the wrong pair and size, however the customer support team allowed me to return to the incorrect pair and they tried for a few days to find me the shoes I wanted. They were unsuccessful finding me the correct pair so they allowed me to pick out another shoe at half price. Due to all the weather conditions there will be a delay to get the shoes but I am so grateful and impressed by the support team and all their efforts to help me.”
