I did Judy, but I have to be honest here. It took way too long, even though the shipping was free due to the total cost. I'm not sure about the negotiated shipping you guys have with FedEx. It has to be the lowest, slowest, and least prioritized service available from Fed, .USPS ground is much faster, I personally receive packages nearly every day, have a business that ships hundreds of packages a week that I can track every second and tell you before I ship down what time it'll be at your facility.. this will definitely play a deciding factor in any future purchases I make with Olukai. In today's times, there's no excuse to ship a package from Nevada to North Carolina and it takes 12 days to arrive...I've had items shipped from China that arrived faster than that and it has to pass customs.
If I were Olukai I would be seriously be re-considering the shipping methods or terms to keep loyal customers.”
