“I am writing this review not so much about the shoes themselves but for the dismal delivery experience I've had. I ordered a pair size 10 and it took well over a week for them to arrive. The shoes were way too large and I went through the return process. Okulai gave me a new delivery date and now, almost a week past that date, I still don't have my shoes. Customer service was of no help other than to say they were sorry for the delay. For the price of these shoes I would have expected a more capable company process.”
