“A good-looking and comfortable shoe. Fits as a "casual" office shoe. Might be a bit on the narrow side, but the shoes loosened up after a day or two of wearing.
I should note the reason why I'm giving this 4 stars. I received three pairs of these shoes as a gift (don't give the same wish list to multiple people). The return/exchange process was not "easy." I had to get the order number from the gift-giver. And money for returns could only go back to the original gift giver. I am perhaps too used to other companies who have far more liberal return policies, but I found this to be unnecessarily challenging. I will not be asking for any Olukai items as a gift in the future.”
