“When I asked, if I would recommend, I said, yes, but that’s for someone with a regular foot. The shoe itself fits well, but my heel slips out. I contacted the company twice the other email as they suggested, if I needed help. Unfortunately, nobody has gotten back to me. I wanted to know if they had any suggestions as to what I could do because I really do like the shoe. I’m a little disappointing with the service.”
“The shoe seems very well built and I do like it...however.... The insole is thin, and if you wear it without socks, it sticks to your foot and wants to come out of the shoe when you take them off. I'll have to find another insole to replace it, however, the other flaw is that my heel lifts up when I walk quickly. I got this shoe with laces so it would stay on my feet, but although it's never fallen off, with the heel lift I sometimes feel it might. I'm hoping that it will "break in" a bit and these issues will be reduced and/or I'll just get used to them. I like the quick lacing system, the sole and its venting. I'm looking forward to testing it on sand and ocean when I'm at my summer cottage on the beach on Vancouver Island.”
