“It's a great shoe...super comfortbale and very well made. Getting it is another story. I placed three orders in succession...each was accepted...and a day later, each was cancelled due to no inventory. After I complained, the fourth order was actually shipped. In fairness, they gave me a hefty discount, but a lot of aggravation. I've never seen this type of inventory mismanagement in an online vendor. It took 10 days to get her, which is also not on par with the benchmark that Amazon and others have set. So yeah, great shoe, lousy experience.”
