There was a problem with that particular pair, and OluKai immediately addressed it to my complete satisfaction. OluKai's shoes and flip-flops the the only shoes I've found that make a rather large and angry neuroma in my foot tolerable. That they totally stand behind their products is refreshing in this day and age. Great products, and great service in the rare event that is needed. Mahalo, OluKai!”
