“I want to like these shoes...I really do. I called to get some advice on sizing, and after a brief discussion I ordered the 11.5. I usually fit into an 11.5 shoe, but I swim a little in these. I'm hesitant in exchanging them, because they made it sound like the 11 would be too small. Also, they are a little flimsier than I thought they would be. So, overall, I'm bummed.”
