“I absolutely love this boot but I must say I may love your customer service even more! I have 5 sets of flip flops but had never actually bought a pair of shoes until this year. I bought a pair of OluKai loafers with permanent elastic laces. Unfortunately, the laces broke and I was told by customer service that there wasn’t a way to replace the laces. Very unfortunate. Kim from customer service was on it! Kim had me turn in some information about my purchase and I submitted a picture of the damaged shoes. To my surprise, she told me to go ahead and order a new pair of shoes. I ordered these boots and they are now are my favorite daily shoe.
Thank you for creating a caring culture of employee’s that standby their brand. It’s been a long time since I’ve been impressed by a product and the company behind it. I have always been a huge fan of the flip flops, but I am now a life long customer! Cheers to you and the OlaKai team.

“I liked the Nana Hele Wai'apo. Unfortunately, the fit of Olukai's seems to have shifted to the narrower side. I have a wider foot and Olukai has been one of my favorite brands as it was one of the only brands that naturally fit my foot. The past couple of pairs I have ordered have been narrower than the standard fit of the past and have not worked. Would love to see these in a wide option.”
