“As the owner of numerous pairs of olukai shoes and sandles, i can say that i love the quality and styling. These boots, as good as they looked, were not comfortable and were extremely stiff when i got them. It would have taken a month to break them in and i just did not have that much time.”

“The boot is great looking and appears well made. The negatives, the dye leaches from the leather to your socks and toes. Surprisingly noisy the shoes squeak as you walk. After wearing them five times I resorted to applying wax to the tongue where it meets the eyelets. Didn’t fix but reduced the squeaking. My personal dislike, the speed laces don’t run to the top, running the laces through eyelets and keeping in the speed laces takes a bit of finesse but I wonder what the design philosophy is behind this.”
