“The shoes--like all Olukai--are great. 5 Stars. However, the purchase experience stinks. I ordered them on Monday with expedited 2-3 day shipping. I received them the follow Monday. 7 days to receive them and I had departed for my vacation on Sunday without my shoes. Paying through Shop.com also stinks!! I'm doing business with Olukai--not a 3rd party. Then, I get an email that explains if I want to track my shipment, download the Shop App. I don't want the Shop app on my phone! Really bad......”
