“I have ordered many pairs of shoes from Olukai and I have always ordered size 13 and they have fit me well. The Lae‘ahi Lauhala - Dark Wood size 13 arrived and I tried them on and my heel slipped out of the shoes with each step I took. You don't offer a size 12.5 so I exchanged for the size 12 which is too small. My toes are jammed against the front of the size 12. it is disappointing that your sizing is not consistent across all of your styles of shoes. I like the look of the shoes and they fit the width of my foot well but the length is too long and I suspect that if you offered a size 12.5 it would fit but again it is disappointing that after having bought so many pairs of Olukai shoes in size 13 and having them fit well that these shoes do not fit in size 13.”
