“I've been buying Olukai's for well over 10 years. This latest pair is great, however, I had to send the first pair back as the 10.5s were a 1/2 size too large. Every other pair of 10.5s fit perfectly out of the box. Customer service indicated they fit larger, so why wouldn't you make them fit the same as you've done for years?”
