“First of all I want to say how impressed I am with the product and even more the customer service. I accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the same shoes. I emailed them but it was too late as they had been shipped. I attempted to go through the return process and I could not get the return label to download. I contacted them and after a few hours they emailed me back and said they were having problems and also could not download the return label. They told me that they will refund the extra pair back to my credit card and said that I could keep the extra pair or donate them. I am going to keep the extra pair and donate double the cost to a charity.”
