“Boots came scratched/scuffed. This happened 3 times in a row. I returned the first pair that was scratched, the replacement came scratched. Then Olukai sent me a free replacement, which was very nice and I appreciate, but it came scratched again. So now I have two pairs of boots that are scratched. They told me they sometimes come “weathered” which I understand as I have these boots in brown and they came that way, but these were scratches on the boots at the bottom of the laces. While the people that have reached out to me have been very nice, the fact that no one is overseeing what is an obvious quality control issue is very frustrating. I sent back pictures the first time of the product and it’s like I got the same pair of boots in return. Don’t know what to do at this point, I’m a long time customer who wears Olukai everyday, but this has been one of the worst customer service issues I’ve ever had. Again the people in contact with me have been very nice, whoever is packing and sending the boots is the one that should be questioned.”

“I have 3 different types of olukai foot wear which all fit and feel great and did not need a break in period ,this pair is alot stiffer and not as comfortable, I have only worn them 3 times and I am hoping they break in, Time will tell.”

“Love these shoes. They took a little bit of breaking in, but they are now the most comfortable pair of winter footwear I've ever owned. They are surprisingly warm, as I have found out in our current cold snap of -35C. I don't think I'd wear them on an extended hike in this weather, but 20-30 minutes of clearing snow they are perfectly fine.
As this is my fifth pair of Olukais (my wife has six!) I've found them true to my size 11, which is so nice to have that confidence in ordering”
