“I like the style, but these things are HEAVY... just be prepared. They are true to size, maybe a touch big, but the insole has a really high arch which for my semi-flat feet felt like standing on a golf ball. Swapping them out did the trick. That's why I gave them a 3. YMMV, but I can only recommend with some mods in my case”
