“This is a overall great slipper I wear them everyday in the ocean and land. They run true to size they do require a break in. Just wear them for shorter distances at first until your feet get comfortable to them rubber on the inside of the thong. They do float they are waterproof. Long time user of olukai slippers. I did notice a design flaw in these where the thong would separate rendering the slipper unusable I contacted customer service and they immediately sent another pair. Unfortunately the second pair did the exact same thing but was never in the water once again contacted customer service immediately received excellent service I highly recommend the slipper despite this flaw.

“I haven't received yet. They are a replacement for the life guard ones, that I just received, and the strap broke. I wanted those again but you were out of my size, so I ordered these.
I also just had you replace another pair where the strap broke. They were tan/brown. I bought them end of July and they broke a couple weeks ago, but you replaced them.
I don't know why 2 pair have broke. I have about 5 or 6 pairs. I used those 2 that broke for walking on the beach only. I wasn't running around, just casual walking.
I really liked those life guard blue slate ones, but you didn't have my size. I had just ordered them a week or 2 ago, but since you didn't have my size, I'm getting another style in that blue/charcoal.
Perhaps, since I've purchased several pair online, and at a local retail store here in jensen beach fl where I live, you might find it in your heart to send me a free pair of those blue /gray life guard flip flops, men's size 9 when you get them in stock. That would be a nice thank you for your business, and a sorry you had to replace 2 pair recently which is had just bought within a month. Just a thought. William Chilkotowsky
