“Sent a pic and statement back today that the tongue of the left shoe would not stay straight. I tied and untied and adjusted many times and could never get it to stay. I think they are sending me a new pair. They could just give me a credit for my next purchase if they wanted to. Sorry they are having to send another pair but these are quite sloppy looking. “Really good quality sneakers and it is hard to get plain white pairs without "in your face" branding. They are comfortable from the go and this experience has led me to explore other color options from Olukai. However, shipping (Fedex) is a different matter. Although Olukai shipped the shoe on time, my estimated delivery date was delayed by 4 days and when I received the merchandise, the box was crushed. Thankfully the sneakers were not damaged. Thumbs down for Fedex, as this is not the only time I have had a bad experience with them.”
